Eligibility

✅ You Must:

• Be a national and resident of an EAC Partner State — Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, or Uganda (evidence of nationality and residency required: national ID, passport, or birth certificate)

• Apply to an eligible programme at a university in a country other than your own

• Meet the host programme’s academic entry requirements

• For Master’s and PhD: hold an Upper Second-Class Honours, Distinction, or equivalent

• For Master’s: be under 35 years old at the time of application

• For PhD: be under 45 years old at the time of application
