The international Spring 2027 window runs from 7 September to 7 October 2026 at 17:00 KST. The official notice excludes late submissions and Korean dual citizens. Applicants must hold the qualifying final degree by the first week of January 2027.

The international funding page lists tuition support of KRW 3,607,000 per semester. A KRW 680,000 matriculation fee applies unless exempt.
Monthly student allowances are KRW 140,000 for master’s and KRW 295,000 for doctoral students, with a meal allowance near KRW 100,000. Student and meal allowances require at least nine credits in the previous semester. The KRW 120,000 international allowance requires a previous-semester GPA of at least 3.0/4.5.
